Meike Imberg
Diversity & Culture Manager, Vattenfall
Meike (she/her) is the Diversity and Culture Manager at Vattenfall Heat UK. Part of her role is to facilitate the Board and also Champions group. As a DEI and Workplace Culture Consultant, Meike has always been passionate about driving positive cultural change and advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
She was featured in the Pride Life Magazine Winter 2021 issue as an advocate for LGBT inclusion in the workplace as well as in Jens Schadendorf's book, GaYme Changer: How the LGBT Community and Their Allies are Changing the Global Economy. Since 2021, she is a member of the PRIDE Champion Review Committee by the UHLALA Group, Germany, and a winner of RAHM, the Global LGBT+ Leadership Contest 2019.

Diverse Heat Network Champions
The Diverse Heat Network Board will be made up of individuals from each member organisation. The Board will be responsible for deciding on actions which help to deliver the vision and objectives of the group.
The Board members will be supported by named champions from each organisation. While the Board will provide priority areas and resources to achieve the strategic aims of the DHN, the champions will take a lead on the implementation and delivery of initiatives.
